Yılmaz Çelik Spring Industry, which was founded in 1988 by İbrahim Yılmaz and Yüksel Yılmaz, serves its customers as a company that has adopted the principle of quality, following the technology and developments in today's spring industry.

As a company, it produces for automotive, spare parts, machinery, elevators,railway, food, electricity, electronics, locks, home appliance, weapon industry, furniture, toys, machinery sub-industry and many other sectors.

It manufactures all kinds of compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, special form springs, band springs, textile springs and springs in accordance with customer demands.

Products are made with ISO 9002 and Military test certified wires between 0.10mm-60.00mm. As a company, it works with certified suppliers and in the field of production; spring stainless wires (AISI 302-304-316-631), medium and high carbon spring steel wires (conforming to DIN17223 norm), oil-tempered spring steel wires and phosphor bronze, brass alloy and unalloyed spring wires and band materials are used.

Quality system; It is kept under constant control from raw material entry to final product shipment. Orders received are tested in spring test devices, controlled during production, and recorded and reported before shipment.

Retrospective traceability is provided with production and shipping coding.

Produced springs are made ready for shipment by finishing in automatic grinding machines, special coating processes, electrostatic powder paint and electric tempering furnaces with conveyor belts, in line with customer demand.

It is sufficient for the companies to send the technical drawing for any product needed. If there is no technical drawing, the samples sent are illustrated and production is carried out following the customer's approval.
